I’m not one to write reviews, but the experience with Colin and his team deserves recognition for quality work and professionalism. This company was recommended by a friend and I’m glad he did. Had a system shutdown that I was hoping was just a capacitor. A previously used company came out and determined compressor failed and needed a whole new system. They came back the following day to quote, and the numbers given were astronomical and seemed more fitting for a whole apartment complex than a home installation. Colin called me and stopped by to verify components and gave me a no nonsense quote on two systems to fit my needs. All communication was great, appointments set and kept. Install was done today, was on time and everything was installed with care and attention to detail. Based on the experience I’m confident this will be the only company I call.
My AC unit is only two years old and still under warranty. On the coldest day of January the heat pump stopped working. The company that installed it declined to honor the warranty. My neighbor told me to call Colin at Budget Breeze and I’m so glad I did. He took care of contacting the manufacturer to order the part (yes it was covered) and his price for warranty service was a third of what the other company quoted me on their “flat fee” menu. If you need any AC service or installation, call Colin first. If Google had 10 stars it still wouldn’t be enough to rate how professional, timely, and economical his service is. Highly recommend.
Just had Budget Breeze and Colin do our unit’s air handler and AC unit. Super professional and very responsive. I have been in the construction industry for 30 years and would recommend these guys to everyone. Colin also worked with our plumber and coordinated together to have everything done in a clean and neat manner. Can’t say enough. These guys will be my first call in the future. Nothing but great things to say. We reached out to them due to some molding we noticed on our air handler in our new build home, and we pointed out some other concerns with the ducting. Collin was here the very same day to take a look and give us a path forward/quote and then back out just a few days later and made all the proper repairs. Reasonable pricing, straightforward, quality work and prompt. Can’t ask for more!
I had two other companies come out to look at my A/C Unit and I kept having issues a month after they left. I called Colin at Budget Breeze to come take a look because my fuse in the air handler kept popping and the other two companies couldn’t figure it out. Within 30 minutes he figured out why my fuse in my air handler kept popping which was so to a short on one of the wires on the outside unit rubbing against a piece of metal. Not only that he was half the price of the other two companies who kept charging me without really fixing anything. I definitely recommend Budget Breeze AC for affordable pricing and for their honesty!!!!!
We are so happy to say that meeting the owner of Budget Breeze AC was extremely a pleasure! Colon was very thorough the first day in our home, with issues that were very stressful. He is so knowledgable, professional and kind. Colon replaced our ducts and AC, due to mold from our faulty AC, causing high humidity. Colon got everything back to normal in a very short time. Also, had a great experience with his employees. Such respect and knowledge. Highly recommend him!!
Our ac quit last night. Colin explained to me he could be here at 8 pm only because he is at his wedding rehearsal. I said no it’s ok we can wait till morning. Colin arrived first thing in the morning and diagnosed and fixed our ac within minutes. We were extremely satisfied and the price was great! Colin was a pleasure to speak too and we are now on yearly maintenance check ups for our unit.
Colin and Danny were both polite and professional. They replaced the airducts under my home. Colin gave me and estimate on Friday and Danny installed them today. Finished and cleaned up by noon. I highly recommend Budget Breeze AC. Top notch service!!!

Colin came and after a thorough job, he recommended my ducts to be replaced. After a tough time with my Choice home warranty to cover ducts being replaced (Colin even assisted to hopefully have it covered), I then hired Budget Breeze to replace my duct work. They were in and out in a day, very clean- thorough, and wary of my 9 month old. They even installed a UV light for the inside unit. He upsized some ducts, kept great communication, and just overall was great to work with. Would recommend Budget Breeze for all your AC needs.

Colin and his team were amazing! Colin is extremely friendly, motivated, and truly cares about his clients. The crew was clean, respectful, and knowledgeable, and I even felt comfortable having my toddler at home with the babysitter during part of the work. As a single female, I had received multiple quotes from other companies for a new ac and duct replacement, where I felt taken advantage of. Budget Breeze’s price was extremely fair, and I never felt taken advantage of. Everyone was professional, and made the whole process easy. I’ve lived locally over 40 years , and it’s so refreshing to see a new local company that actually cares about people instead of trying to rip you off. Highly recommend, I’m so glad I found them!
Great company to do business with! I had Colin come out for an inspection on my AC ducts. He gave me an estimate that was very reasonable! The work was done in one day, showing up on time and getting to work. When everything was finished, he realized there was one wrong grate that was ordered. He stayed on top of it to make sure the right one was replaced. Colin was a great representation of this business with his knowledge, kindness, and by being very personable. Budget Breeze for the win!
We had a visit from Collin Seaton of budget Breeze, AC and refrigeration today. He did an outstanding job of trouble shooting and diagnostic the problem we had with our AC in our business. I was extremely impressed with professionalism and his knowledge of air conditioning systems and he will be getting calls from us in the future whenever we have an air-conditioning problem.
